Blizzard banned all Linux users from WoW yesterday

GG, Blue. When a majority of people that were recently banned as part of Blizzard's usually ineffective measures to curb RMT all started discovering that they were Linux users, the company line became this:

We usually build up a large list before actually banning the accounts, thus the large influx of posts currently. Use of a third party program could date back quite a while before the actual ban goes through.

Curious how Cedega was determined to be harmful third party software all of a sudden. Since Windows and OS/X are the only officially supported platforms, who cares if you eject people who you don't need to listen to anyway, right?
