The Agency gameplay footage looks "meh"

I'm trying to figure out what the best Bond theme was

I've just seen the gameplay footage for The Agency and I'm left feeling pretty underwhelmed. I got the feeling that I wasn't watching some cool Bond/Alias/24 type action but had somehow stumbled into a game made from an e-surance commercial. The big payoff in "The Agency" moment was pretty lackluster and a little bit stupid. But, check it out for yourself:
