I guess making a typo in the document you file to initiate a lawsuit doesn't do much for your case. After Perpetual responded to Kohnke's suit with a nicely worded version that said Kohnke's claims were "vague, uncertain, ambiguous and unintelligible", the suit has been dropped.

A mutual resolution has been reached and as per usual, no details are forthcoming as part of the agreement is non-disclosure.
